1. There is no age limit and the Applicants must have valid contact numbers to apply for Le Berries’ Tier 1 OR Tier 2 Membership.
2. Applicants must spend a minimum purchase of RM30.00 in one (1) single receipt at any Le Berries outlets to be eligible for Tier 1 Membership and a minimum purchase of RM150.00 in one (1) single receipt at any Le Berries outlets to be eligible for Tier 2 Membership.
3. All applications for Le Berries’ membership shall be made on the same date and at the same outlet the receipt was issued.
4. Both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Memberships shall only valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of issuance of the Privilege Member Card. Upon expiry of membership, Members may renew their membership by spending a minimum purchase of RM30.00 or RM150.00, or any other amount to be determined by Le Berries in the future in one (1) single receipt at any Le Berries outlets.
5. Le Berries will issue one copy of the Privilege Member Card to the successful Applicants under their personal names and contact numbers. The Privilege Member Card is not a credit card and is not meant to be converted for cash. All privileges under the membership are strictly not transferable.
6. The ownership of the Privilege Member Card remains with Le Berries and the Privilege Member Card must be returned to Le Berries upon request from time to time. Nonetheless, Le Berries will not be responsible for any lost or damaged Privilege Member Card.
7. For any change of contact numbers, the Members must inform any Le Berries outlets.
8. Le Berries reserves the right to i) verify the identity of the Members and the Members must furnish the necessary information upon request. If a customer wishes to use a third-party membership, Le Berries may decline in granting the privileges, offers and/or discounts to the customer; ii) to use and utilize the database information of Members for any marketing or promotional purposes; and iii) to reject, terminate or revoke the membership at any time without prior notice and without assigning any whatsoever reasons and the Members shall have no claims whatsoever against Le Berries; and iv) to change any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. Any dispute arises on the application and/or use of the Privilege Member Card shall be solely determined by Le Berries and all decisions shall be final.

1. To enjoy the Members’ exclusive privileges, offers and/or discounts, the Members must present the valid existing Privilege Member Card at the counter of any Le Berries outlets before making payment of each purchase.
2. Upon the presentation of the the Privilege Member Card, the Members are entitled to the following privileges, offers and/or discounts
3. Redemption of the free mini cake by Members on the actual day of their birthday is subject to the availability of the mini cakes in Le Berries outlets. Members shall only choose or pre-order the ready-made assorted mini cakes in store which does not include customize decoration. A reasonable surcharge for the customize decoration will be added to the bill upon request by Members.
4. For non-compliance with proper usage, Le Berries reserves the right to reject Members and terminate their Privilege Member Cards at any time without giving prior notices.

For Members with Tier 1 Membership

• Monthly exclusive promotion on specific cakes, pastries and/or beverages;
• Privilege discount on special occasions;
• 5% discount on Members’ bills of all regular priced cakes, pastries and/or beverages at any Le Berries outlets during the birthday month of Members (MyKad or Passport of Members shall be presented as proof) but excluding other promotional cakes, pastries, beverages and any other excluded items as prescribed by Le Berries from time to time; and
• FREE one (1) Mini Cake on the actual day of Members’ birthday upon the presentation of their MyKad or Passport as proof.

For Members with Tier 2 Membership

• Monthly exclusive promotion on specific cakes, pastries and/or beverages;
• Privilege discount on special occasions;
• 5% discount on Members’ bills of all regular priced cakes, pastries and/or beverages at any Le Berries outlets but excluding other promotional cakes, pastries, beverages and any other excluded items as prescribed by Le Berries from time to time;
• Additional 10% discount on Members’ bills at any Le Berries outlets during the birthday month of Members (MyKad or Passport of Members shall be presented as proof) but excluding other promotional cakes, pastries, beverages and any other excluded items as prescribed by Le Berries from time to time; and
• FREE one (1) Mini Cake on the actual day of Members’ birthday upon the presentation of their MyKad or Passport as proof.

1. To be eligible for the Member’s Point Collection Programme, Members must present the valid existing Privilege Member Card at the counter of any Le Berries outlets.
2. Le Berries’ Reward Points will be rewarded to Members only after the payment of each purchase is successful and completed.
3. The Reward Points together with the Official Stamp of Le Berries will be reflected on Members’ Privilege Member Card after every purchase by Members and/or after the presentation of Le Berries’ Official Receipt by the Members at any Le Berries outlets.
4. Members with Tier 1 Membership will be rewarded with one (1) Reward Point on every MYR1.50 spent at any Le Berries outlets (MYR1.50 = 1.00 Point).
5. Members with Tier 2 Membership will be rewarded with one (1) Reward Point on every MYR1.00 spent at any Le Berries outlets (MYR1.00 = 1.00 Point).
6. It is expressly provided that the Reward Points will be rewarded on the actual and nett amount payable in the total bill after deducting all the Cash Voucher, Gift Voucher, Discount Voucher, Instant Rebate or any other form of promotional offers. For an example: - Members purchased cakes and/or pastries at the total amount of RM105.00. After deducting the cash voucher of RM15.00, the actual and net payment is RM90.00. There will be 60 Reward Points rewarded to Members with Tier 1 Membership and 90 Reward Points rewarded to Members with Tier 2 Membership.
7. During seasonal promotion, Le Berries reserves the right to not reward any Reward Points to Members, or Reward Points may vary from time to time depending on the promotional reward rate.
8. All Reward Points accumulated from the 1st day of January until the 31st day of December 31 every year shall be valid until the 31st day of December 31 of the next following year.
9. In the event of membership expiration or termination for any reason whatsoever, all accumulated Le Berries’ Reward Points shall lapse and shall be deemed to be of no effect and Members shall have no claims whatsoever against Le Berries.
10. Le Berries’ Reward Points earned by Members are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and not not-transferable and/or assignable to any other person(s), including other Members.
11. Le Berries reserves the right: -

• to forfeit any Member’s Reward Points in the event that the accumulated Rewards Points are suspected of being fraudulently recorded, recorded in error or related to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given without prior notice. Any decision by Le Berries shall be final and shall not be subject to any challenge by members;
• to suspend or terminate the Point Collection Programme at any time it deems necessary and shall not be responsible for any unutilised Reward Points by the Members. In such a case, Le Berries shall give advance notice to Members in the manner it deems appropriate; and
• to change any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. Any dispute arises on the reward of the Le Berries’ Reward Points shall be solely determined by Le Berries and all decisions shall be final.

1. Only Members with valid existing membership and sufficient Le Berries’ Reward Points are eligible to Le Berries’ Point Redemption Programme. Members are required to present their valid existing Privilege Member Card at the counter of any Le Berries outlets to redeem the points.
2. Members may either redeem their 250 Reward Points collected for a RM15 Cash Voucher OR redeem their 800 Reward Points collected for a RM50 Cash Voucher. All redeemed Reward Points are final and non-refundable.
3. Le Berries reserves the right to substitute with other redemption of equivalent Reward Points without prior notice and without prior consent from the Members.

1. The process of applying for/renewing Le Berries’ Membership may involve the collection of the personal data and information about the Applicants/Members for the membership registration/renewal purposes and also for Le Berries’ services in monitoring and improving their business.
2. The failure to provide such personal data by the Applicants/Members to Le Berries or if such personal data provided by the Applicants/Members to Le Berries is not accurate will result in the failure of the membership application/termination of the membership with immediate effect.
3. Le Berries treats and views every Applicant’s and Member’s personal data seriously. The personal data provided by the Applicants and Members will generally be kept confidential and processed in accordance with the Date Protection Act.
